Maintenance Lead – Process & Packaging Machinery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for a 20‑week project based in Pakistan. The role involves hands‑on responsibility for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of process and packaging machinery. You will ensure equipment remains reliable and operational throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance activities across process and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and/or electrical equipment faults.
• Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Identify equipment issues and work to minimise machinery downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Provide hands‑on technical support when required.

Required profile

• Strong experience working within maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Demonstrable knowledge of process and packaging equipment.
• Previous experience maintaining machinery within a manufacturing, production or processing environment.
• Experience in a Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Maintenance Engineer or similar role is advantageous.
• Availability to mobilise to Pakistan ASAP for the 20‑week assignment.
