QFS Manager - Multan Plant

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a QFS Manager for its Multan plant. The role plans, develops, implements and manages the site's Snacks Quality and Food Safety program, including food safety, food defense and AIB standards, and coordinates with other functions to drive quality and food safety improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement PepsiCo food safety programs (AIB and FSSC 22000) and product monitoring protocols in process and packaging areas through the QFS team.
• Lead the capability development agenda for product quality, including training and development plans for the plant team.
• Develop a product quality improvement roadmap from trade quality insights and run collaborative improvement actions.
• Ensure MOH compliance for the plant quality program and develop CAPEX projects aligned with sector quality standards.
• Strengthen PepsiCo QAS and ASHA global programs through internal audits, gap analyses and cross-functional engagement.
• Monitor plant quality KPIs against the annual operating plan and report quality performance, including potato and raw material cold stores.
• Manage planned quality training hours and ensure the laboratory meets PepsiCo standards (Youden and IPS).
• Ensure compliance with all quality and food safety systems (PepsiCo, AIB, IPS, FSSC, Halal management) and regulatory requirements, and with environmental, health and safety standards.
• Report hazards, accidents, injuries, spills and emergencies.

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree in food technology or equivalent.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in QC and food safety in an FMCG environment.
• Good understanding of food processing, handling and storage.
