Management Services Associate (Level 6) – Emergency Surge Deployment

About the role

The Management Services Associate (Level 6) will support emergency surge deployments across multiple locations in Pakistan, ensuring high‑quality, client‑focused administration services that are cost‑effective and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Verify resource requirements for facilities, assets, and light‑vehicle fleet and assist in identifying new needs.
• Coordinate and deliver facilities management, travel, and related support services.
• Monitor and promote cost‑effectiveness and operational efficiency of administrative services.
• Maintain accurate records of assets and ensure compliance with WFP policies.

Required profile

• Pakistan national.
• Relevant experience in administration, facilities management, or logistics at a Level 6 equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, humanitarian environment.
