Manager - Need Based Family Training Program

About the role

The Manager will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of a training program aimed at families with earning potential but limited opportunities. The role focuses on empowering families through skill development, financial literacy and sustainable livelihood pathways while ensuring transparent use of allocated funds.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules tailored to the specific needs of each family.
• Conduct comprehensive family assessments to identify earning potential and training gaps.
• Coordinate with trainers, educational institutions, NGOs and micro‑finance partners.
• Manage fund allocation, ensuring transparency, compliance and accurate reporting.
• Prepare periodic financial and impact reports for stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs, monitor training outcomes and conduct impact evaluations.
• Follow up with families to assess long‑term sustainability of livelihoods.
• Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, vocational centres and micro‑finance institutions.
• Supervise program staff and volunteers, ensuring timely execution of training schedules and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education or Development Studies.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, training or community development.
• Proven track record managing funded projects or livelihood programmes.
• Strong financial management and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Knowledge of vocational training, micro‑finance or social entrepreneurship.
• Ability to design monitoring frameworks and impact‑assessment tools.
• High integrity, transparency and commitment to social impact.
• Problem‑solving mindset with empathy for marginalized communities.
