School Administrator – Islamic & Cambridge STEM Leader

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional School Administrator who blends deep Islamic scholarship with modern educational expertise. The successful candidate will lead a school that delivers both spiritual excellence and high‑quality Cambridge and STEM education.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations across all departments, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve school policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
• Lead curriculum planning aligned with Cambridge International Education standards and integrate STEM principles throughout the programme.
• Manage academic calendars, timetables, examinations, and co‑curricular activities.
• Provide leadership for the Quran memorisation (Hifz) programme and ensure Islamic values are embedded in the school culture.
• Supervise Arabic language instruction and oversee the quality of Islamic Studies.
• Recruit, mentor, appraise, and develop academic and administrative staff.
• Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community, communicating the school vision in English and Arabic.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and Cambridge assessment requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources, vendor relationships, and oversee admissions, enrolment, and student welfare processes.

Required profile

• Hafiz e Quran (complete memorisation of the Holy Quran, Ijazah preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge International Education standards and STEM education frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate Islamic values within an academic environment.
