Manager – Performance & Rewards (Banking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Performance & Rewards to join a leading banking client. The role focuses on designing and managing employee recognition programs, overseeing staff finance processes, and supporting HR operations within the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the bank’s quarterly, bi‑annual and annual Employee Reward & Recognition (ER&R) programs, including policy updates, nomination coordination and award distribution.
• Process and coordinate staff loans such as house building, car, vehicle and personal loans, ensuring compliance with HR policies and SOPs.
• Handle employment verification requests, coordinate employee insurance coverage for new hires and dependents, and maintain accurate financial entries in the T24 Core Banking System.
• Oversee resignation and exit management, issuing acceptance letters, coordinating with line managers, and ensuring system access is blocked upon employee departure.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Performance & Rewards within the banking sector (5+ years of relevant experience).
• Proven experience in employee recognition programs, staff finance administration, and HR operations.
