About the role
Systems Limited is seeking a Marketing Planning Associate to support cluster‑level planning operations. You will manage reporting systems, validate forecasts, track performance, and ensure alignment with end‑market requirements, enabling accurate data‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage planning systems, including Cluster DRM and BPC uploads.
- Validate and maintain forecast data within BI tools, ensuring accuracy.
- Support IMS forecasting and align it with end‑market needs.
- Prepare and update daily shipment and sales performance reports.
- Track in‑market activities and provide insights for performance improvement.
- Coordinate MTS and MTO market operations, including order handling.
- Collaborate with planning, supply‑chain, and market teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain and upload competition and market data in reporting systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in planning, reporting, or data‑operations roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
