CRM Coordinator

About the role

The CRM Coordinator is the operational backbone of our member and prospect pipeline, responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of our HubSpot CRM. This role goes beyond data entry, requiring a proactive approach to process improvement and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot daily: manage contact records, deal stages, custom properties, and lifecycle stages.
• Maintain a single source of truth for member and prospect data, cleaning duplicates and resolving anomalies.
• Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automations to support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Track and report on funnel metrics, create dashboards, and surface insights to leadership.
• Own audience segmentation and list management for outreach campaigns.
• Support new member onboarding flows and ensure communications are timely and accurate.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on CRM or revenue operations experience.
• Strong grasp of sales pipeline management, lifecycle stages, and funnel reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot and fix issues proactively.
• Comfortable working async in a fast‑moving, distributed team across time zones.

Required skills

• HubSpot (hard requirement).
