Master Data Coordinator

About the role

Systems Limited is looking for a Master Data Coordinator to help keep product data complete and accurate according to data-specific requirements and the Global DQ tool. The role works closely with ODM and RPC teams to support Brand, Regulatory, NPI, Supply Chain, 3PL and Customer operations in delivering a seamless end-to-end supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Action product data update and maintenance requests from key stakeholders using existing data request tools, in line with source factory specifications, DQ rules and internal data specifics
• Own and maintain the PDS and CDS BI reports
• Follow and support the Global obsolescence process (owned and managed by ODM, quarterly)
• Keep data aligned and flowing between ECC and the 3PL system JDA through monthly data validation checks
• Support system project deployment waves on the end-market side, covering data cleansing, harmonization and set-up
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on the Atrify system and its processes
• Identify process gaps and non-value-adding activities and drive improvements
• Use Microsoft Visio for process mapping where needed, and support ad-hoc master data tasks
• Carry out all business processes in line with company control policies

Required profile

• 2-3 years' experience in the FMCG industry
• Previous experience in data maintenance or supply chain, preferably in multinational FMCG companies
• Bachelor's degree
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to work unsupervised and under pressure, with strong written and verbal communication

Required skills

• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory; SAP expert user and high systems proficiency required
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables); Power BI is advantageous
• Data management knowledge and reporting skills
• Knowledge of product and customer data processes and market-specific requirements
