Senior Manager, Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship

About the role

The Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship Manager leads and coordinates Planning, Inventory Analysis, BCP, transportation (inbound and outbound) and internal warehouse logistics, serving as the key strategic link to OU, bottler and plant functions and Shared Services to ensure continuity of beverage base supply. As part of the CPS Pakistan leadership team in the plant, the role sets the plant's business plan targets and tracks and analyzes plant KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and annual business plan for the PL&CR function, define PL&CR goals and measure performance against them regularly
• Lead planning processes and transportation and logistics in line with TCCC requirements, including supply planning, production planning, inventory management, MRB and SAP planning parameters
• Maintain a master and weekly production plan that matches resources to demand, and work with Shared Services on optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Represent CPS at OU and bottlers, build relationships and routines such as S&OP, BCP, SPP and CS, and convey stakeholder concerns to ensure supply continuity
• Drive year-on-year productivity improvements, coordinate bottler requirements and issue resolution, and measure end-to-end supply chain metrics
• Ensure compliance with TCCC requirements (Finance, Legal, Environmental, Quality and Safety), promote a zero-accident culture and complete hazard assessments, root cause analyses and corrective actions
• Manage the annual operating budget, overheads and CAPEX, coach and appraise the team, and support new product launches

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Food, Chemical, Industrial or similar background preferred); MBA or MS Supply Chain Management preferred
• 10+ years of supply chain management experience
• Track record of delivering business results, including people and change management
• Experience in P&L management and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent English and local language, verbal and written; international experience desirable
• Knowledge of GMP, safety and attendance guidelines and adherence to company policies
