DAR Engineering is offering a Trainee Engineer Program for recent Mechanical Engineering graduates. The role provides a clear pathway to a full‑time position based on performance, with mentorship from experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Strong presence and excellent communication skills in English.
- Problem‑solver who is ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive and open‑minded.
- Good listener, empathetic, collaborative and team‑oriented.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently once guidance is provided.
Required skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
