Member of Technical Staff – Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff focused on Legal Research to join a global software leader. This fully remote, full‑time position blends deep legal analysis with the creation of technical solutions that support product development and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Design and implement technical frameworks and tools that automate legal research workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and guidelines that ensure products meet legal and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience in legal research methodologies and regulatory analysis.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
