About the role
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to design, build and maintain business intelligence solutions. The role involves creating reports, dashboards and analytical cubes to support data‑driven decision making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, dossiers, metrics, filters, prompts and Intelligent Cubes.
- Design and maintain schema objects, attributes, facts and hierarchies.
- Write and optimise complex SQL queries against data warehouses.
- Troubleshoot reporting, data and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end BI solutions.
- Support testing, deployment and resolve production incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on MicroStrategy development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
Required skills
- MicroStrategy (Workstation/Developer, Dossiers, Intelligent Cubes, schema development)
- Advanced SQL query writing and optimisation
- Data warehousing concepts and implementation
