Network Engineer – 2-3 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Network Engineer with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining a robust and secure IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VMware ESXi hosts and virtual machines.
• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD synchronization, and Exchange 2019.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VoIP systems.
• Monitor health of servers, network devices, firewalls, storage, and backup solutions.
• Perform backups, restore testing, patching, and support disaster‑recovery activities.
• Administer user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and joiner/leaver processes.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and service‑desk tickets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA and MCSA/MCSE or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
