About the role
The NOC Specialist will manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliable LAN and WAN operations. You will configure, troubleshoot and monitor Cisco, Juniper and Huawei devices, and support routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and manage L2/L3 Cisco, Juniper and Huawei devices.
- Implement and maintain routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching features (Dot1q, EtherChannel, STP).
- Support and maintain existing WAN and LAN infrastructure.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain routers and switches.
- Respond promptly to network outages and recommend performance improvements.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Telecommunication Engineering.
- CCNP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Background in ISP environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Cisco, Juniper, Huawei networking equipment.
- BGP, OSPF, MPLS routing protocols.
- LAN and WAN technologies.
- Switching concepts: Dot1q, EtherChannel, STP.
