Partnerships Manager – Growth (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager – Growth to drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion for a leading technology platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on building high‑impact collaborations with startups, enterprises and industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies that accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify, outreach and engage potential partners, including startups, enterprises and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with product, marketing and sales teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Monitor and report partnership performance, tracking KPIs, revenue impact and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Experience with SaaS or platform ecosystems and understanding of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends, partner landscapes and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across global teams.
