Cold Calling Specialist

About the role

Elite IT Team is seeking a confident, results‑driven Cold Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and other outbound activities across the UK, US and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across target industries, regions and company sizes.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, HubSpot and similar tools.
• Run high‑volume cold‑calling campaigns, personalised email and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and book discovery calls for senior sales reps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track metrics such as call volume, connection rates and meetings booked.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, SDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong, confident phone presence.
• Proven track record of generating meetings through outbound effort.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
