Patient Journey Partner (Islamabad)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Patient Journey Partner to act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the company in Islamabad. You will support the lifecycle of Roche’s products, ensure appropriate use, and help remove barriers for patients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including HCPs and patient‑access programs.
• Manage product lifecycle activities and communicate product merits to HCPs.
• Develop deep disease‑area knowledge and stay informed on Roche’s current and future pipeline.
• Collaborate with patient‑journey stakeholders to identify and resolve roadblocks.
• Provide HCP education on pre‑approved and post‑approved products.
• Facilitate patient access to funding sources such as PBM/SSP.
• Report safety incidents promptly and complete required safety and compliance training.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in line with local policies.

Required profile

• Science degree (Pharm D or Dentistry advantageous); business degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant therapeutic area.
• Proven track record of achieving objectives and working collaboratively.
• Experience with agile ways of working and cross‑functional projects.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of commercialization, medical, and customer experience.
• Growth mindset and deep understanding of patient journeys in the defined disease area.
