People Experience Manager (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The People Experience Manager will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, performance management, colleague relations and culture change initiatives for the organization. This fixed‑term role partners with business leaders to ensure HR practices align with local regulations and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life cycle recruitment, from requisition to offer, using direct sourcing and consultative techniques.
• Lead talent review meetings, support performance calibration and guide managers through appraisal and compensation discussions.
• Design and deliver company‑wide programs that foster harmonious colleague relations and address discipline, promotions, transfers and demotions.
• Monitor turnover trends, propose solutions to reduce attrition and improve onboarding experiences.
• Facilitate culture‑change initiatives and build leadership capability across the business.
• Oversee expatriate and international assignment processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures to managers, ensuring understanding and adherence.
• Partner with HR Operations on compensation and benefits, evaluate job grades and prepare salary proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or people‑management roles, preferably at a managerial level.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and global HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate an HR team to deliver high‑performance outcomes.
• Excellent consultative and influencing skills when advising senior business leaders.
• Track record of implementing talent acquisition, performance management and culture‑change programs.
