HR Management Trainee – On-site in Lahore

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing HR Management Trainee to join oladoc’s People Operations team in Lahore. The position is fully on‑site and focuses on building recruitment pipelines, shaping HR policies, and driving culture initiatives from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and pipeline management.
• Draft and maintain HR policies, onboarding SOPs and people‑operations documentation.
• Support organisational development through culture surveys, engagement tracking and team‑structure work.
• Use Claude to draft job descriptions, synthesize interview feedback, build onboarding flows and eliminate busywork.
• Handle sensitive employee conversations with discretion, empathy and follow‑through.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management or equivalent.
• People‑first mindset with natural relationship‑building across teams.
• Comfortable delivering difficult feedback and maintaining consistency.
• Understands recruitment as a judgment call under uncertainty.
• Evidence of serious HR engagement (thesis, project, leadership, work experience).
• Willing to work 100% on‑site in Lahore; remote work is not an option.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Claude (AI language model) for drafting and automation tasks.
