Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Invomize is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition for its Amazon growth services. Based in Johar Town, Lahore, you will design and execute full‑funnel campaigns that attract Amazon sellers and e‑commerce founders, turning them into signed clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google Search, YouTube and LinkedIn targeting Amazon sellers.
• Create lead magnets, landing pages and call‑booking funnels around service tiers and audit offers.
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft ad hooks that address seller pain points such as plateaued sales and high ACoS.
• Own metrics including cost‑per‑lead, cost‑per‑booked‑call, lead‑to‑client conversion and ROAS, continuously improving performance.
• Run end‑to‑end email marketing, building automated journeys for lead delivery, call reminders, follow‑ups and win‑backs.
• Maintain email calendars, newsletters and promotional sends while tracking open rates, CTR and revenue attribution.
• Repurpose case studies and results into ads, emails, landing pages and social content to position founders as Amazon growth experts.
• Ensure tracking infrastructure (pixels, conversion events, UTMs, GA4, CRM attribution) remains clean and accurate.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in performance, growth or digital marketing, preferably for an agency or B2B service business.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus.
• Proven track record generating leads and acquiring clients through paid media.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or Brevo.
• Familiarity with landing‑page and funnel building tools and basic conversion‑tracking setup.
