Procurement Executive – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

The Procurement Executive will lead end‑to‑end purchasing for ACE Properties’ construction, office and real‑estate development projects. You will ensure timely sourcing of materials and services at competitive prices while upholding quality, vendor reliability and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of construction materials, finishing items, electrical & plumbing supplies, IT equipment and office consumables.
• Issue RFQs, collect quotations, prepare comparative statements and process purchase orders in line with approved requisitions.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new vendors; maintain and update the approved vendor database.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
• Monitor market prices, conduct price benchmarking and recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
• Track purchase orders, coordinate with project teams and finance, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain complete procurement documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Provide regular reports on order status, vendor performance and cost trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in real‑estate, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical ability and focus on cost control.
