Senior Manager Sites

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead nationwide site operations across Pakistan. The Senior Manager Sites will be responsible for end‑to‑end project execution, installation operations, quality compliance, and contractor management while ensuring high customer satisfaction and alignment with organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all retail and corporate site operations, installations and project execution nationwide, ensuring timely completion within approved timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Design, Production, Warehouse, SCM, Customer Services and regional teams to guarantee seamless project delivery.
• Develop execution plans, installation schedules, manpower allocation strategies and project timelines for all regions.
• Standardise site execution practices and operational procedures across the country.
• Oversee contractors, installers and regional site teams, monitoring productivity, compliance, quality, billing and safety standards.
• Identify operational or technical issues proactively and implement corrective actions, handling complaints, snagging and post‑installation concerns.
• Collaborate with SCM, Warehouse and Procurement to ensure material availability, monitor site consumption and manage pending deliveries or replacements.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout project execution, installation and closure, acting as the primary liaison for client escalations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale site operations, installations and project delivery across multiple regions.
• Strong background in contractor and resource management, quality control and operational excellence.
• Excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Design, Production, SCM and Customer Services.
• Ability to develop and standardise operational procedures and execution plans.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of ensuring high satisfaction levels.
