BIM Specialist & Developer – Civil Engineer with CS Skills

About the role

ByteSavy is seeking a BIM Specialist & Developer who combines civil engineering expertise with strong computer science skills. You will design and implement software solutions for building engineering across LOD 100‑400, automate early‑stage site planning, and ensure all digital assets comply with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software tools for building design and engineering.
• Interpret local by‑laws to automate site‑planning processes.
• Manage a Common Data Environment (CDE) following ISO 19650 standards.
• Work hands‑on with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360/Docs).
• Build web‑based BIM model editing tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong software development experience with Python, JavaScript or C#.
• High proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience interpreting by‑laws and handling LOD 100‑400 workflows.
• Ability to take full technical ownership; not a junior role.
