Key responsibilities

• Analyze internal procurement requests and conduct market surveys to support cost‑effective decisions.
• Prepare comparison sheets, purchase orders and maintain all procurement‑related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage multiple urgent priorities and tight deadlines to support daily business operations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with 6‑8 months of relevant experience, internships preferred.
• Strong market awareness, sourcing capabilities and basic vendor management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
