Product Specialist – Digital Products (Telecom & VAS)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products across telecom, digital entertainment, gaming and mobile value‑added services. You will bridge product management, commercial operations and cross‑functional coordination to drive growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product ideation, development, launch and continuous improvement, tracking performance metrics.
• Translate product concepts into detailed technical specifications and work closely with engineering, design and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal tech teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook and TikTok.
• Conduct competitive research, market trend analysis and produce strategic reports.
• Prepare regular KPI, spend and revenue dashboards for senior leadership.
• Manage day‑to‑day business operations, SOP development and cross‑team collaboration.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation and progress using project‑management tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in product management, telecom commercial operations or a similar combined role.
• Previous experience with a telecom operator or VAS provider is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
