Expert Sales Planning

About the role

The Expert Sales Planning professional will lead strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and research of sales initiatives for Jazz in Gujranwala. Reporting to the Sales Planning Manager, the role collaborates with regional teams to set targets, design promotions and drive overall business growth across all sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor periodical reports and dashboards for sales activities and targets across all channels.
• Assign sales targets to sub‑regions and ensure achievement of growth objectives.
• Design promotional campaigns to meet monthly Gross Add targets.
• Identify potential challenges, assess impact on business and propose solutions to regional teams.
• Conduct retail audits for the agent network and ensure compliance.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis for management decision‑making.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance meetings with regional teams.
• Plan network rollout, site relocations, 4G/5G upgrades and strategies for low‑revenue sites.
• Perform geo‑marketing analysis and evaluate location‑based offers.
• Track and strategize to increase bundle penetration in recharge.

Required profile

• Strong business understanding and quantitative data interpretation skills.
• Excellent analytical and storytelling abilities to translate data into actionable insights.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding business environment.
• Education: preferably MBA, MCS, BBA or BCS.
• 2–4 years of experience in telco, FMCG, tobacco or startup environments, covering performance management, BI & analytics, product planning and franchise P&L responsibility.
