Production Supervisor – Liquid Finishing & Quarantine

About the role

The Production Supervisor supports the Manager of Production and leads the Liquid Finishing and Finished Goods Quarantine team. The role ensures that all activities are planned, organized, executed, trained, and monitored in compliance with company policies, local regulations, cGMP, EHS standards and security codes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations and manage finished‑goods quarantine according to SOPs with proper documentation.
• Meet scheduled operation due dates, daily run rates and continuous‑improvement targets.
• Identify and eliminate non‑value‑added activities, reduce scrap, rework and shrinkage, and improve yields.
• Provide data for KPI measurement and support root‑cause analysis for process improvement.
• Standardize weighing balances daily and integrate OEE data from blister and bottle‑pack machines into the system.
• Ensure products are packed in a controlled environment meeting all EQD, AQ, EHS and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain skill matrix, training needs analysis and master training records for area staff.
• Update DMS boards, uphold positive employee relations and perform any additional tasks assigned by the Manager Production.

Required profile

• Science graduate (BSc/MSc); Pharm‑D preferred.
• Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in a similar production supervisory role.
• Strong teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
