Shift Analyst

About the role

The Shift Analyst works on the Cornwala plant laboratory to perform in‑process, supply, and finished‑product testing during assigned shifts. The role ensures that all analyses meet established quality standards, supports timely reporting, and collaborates with production to resolve any process discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and calibrations for in‑process, supply, and finished products during shift hours.
• Document all laboratory activities, maintain logbooks, and compile daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
• Enter test results into SAP and release finished‑product data promptly.
• Maintain laboratory supplies, prepare chemical reagents, and ensure equipment availability.
• Perform IMS and compliance activities, including plant rounds, GEMBA wall checks, and re‑testing of out‑of‑specification results.
• Provide technical assistance to operations, investigate process deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training and orientation on EHS, FS, GMP, GLP, ISO, and instrument performance for new hires and interns.

Required profile

• B.Sc (Hons) Chemistry.
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Required skills
