About the role

UNDP’s Merged Areas Governance Programme (MAGP) supports the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in delivering basic services, improving border governance and strengthening local government. The Project Admin and Finance Associate will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager to provide essential administrative and financial support for this programme.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
  • Support financial processes, including budgeting, reporting and expense tracking for the MAGP.
  • Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with UNDP financial and administrative guidelines.

Required profile

  • Experience in administrative and finance support within development or international organisations.
  • Understanding of UNDP procedures and the governance context in Pakistan.
