Project Finance & Infrastructure Advisory – Senior Manager / Manager

About the role

EY’s Project Finance and Infrastructure Advisory team is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Manager to support large‑scale infrastructure projects across the MENA region. You will work with clients from early project evaluation through procurement, financial close, construction and operations, helping to devise and compare financial plans and delivery approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies for large infrastructure projects, including public‑private partnerships and concessions.
• Advise on structuring, negotiating and closing financing transactions and procurement contracts.
• Provide project and programme management support, including financial modelling and analysis of funding mechanisms at local, state and national levels.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 8‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in large‑scale infrastructure projects and project finance transactions.
• Strong quantitative analytical capabilities and ability to build market‑accepted financial models.
• Excellent communication, critical‑thinking and organisational skills.
