Head of FX Pricing - Fintech

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive group‑wide pricing strategy and margin optimisation across international payment corridors for a leading fintech and payments client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing governance, margin floors, fee structures and promotional pricing controls.
• Monitor competitor pricing, optimise exchange rates and transaction fees, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive pricing automation, data‑driven decisions and controlled pricing experiments.
• Oversee corridor pricing managers, pricing operations and analytics teams.
• Build and scale the pricing function while balancing revenue growth and fair customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in pricing or revenue management, preferably in fintech, payments, remittances or FX.
• At least 3 years in a dedicated pricing or revenue leadership role.
• Strong understanding of FX pricing, transaction economics, margin optimisation and regional market dynamics.
• Proven leadership experience in building and managing pricing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
