Project Manager 2

About the role

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead complex initiatives across its digital workplace, cloud, networking, and security services. The role requires a curious, creative thinker who can translate ambiguous requirements into clear, measurable project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans, and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
• Identify, track, and improve Key Process Indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements.
• Ensure timely completion of project initiatives while managing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Partner with senior stakeholders—including Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Sales—to prioritize and execute improvements.
• Lead investigations into undefined areas, define scope, requirements, and deliverables using PMO principles.
• Guarantee 100% resolution of assigned tasks.
