Project Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

Zones is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT solution projects. You will partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding based on scope and statement of work.
• Coordinate resources and subject‑matter experts across functional areas.
• Gather requirements, develop project playbooks, SOPs, and Bill of Materials.
• Define rollout schedules, SLA requirements, and inventory needs; work with supply chain on lead times.
• Drive project changes, product lead times, and rollout requirements through IntelliPlan.
• Define, track, and report measurable project outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project billing and client support.
• Build strong relationships with customer operations.
