QA/QC Consultant – Quality Assurance

About the role

Centric Brands is seeking a QA/QC Consultant to lead quality assurance activities for its garment production in Pakistan. The role will coordinate fit approvals, oversee inline and final inspections, and ensure compliance with licensor and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fit, pre‑production (PP) approvals and PP meetings.
• Conduct inline and final inspections, including full packaging inspections of components, execution, and stickers.
• Monitor production work‑in‑progress, report challenges and communicate results to Asia and North America leads.
• Maintain daily quality inspection reports, track WIP, and manage color, bulk fabric and trim approvals.
• Perform factory audits, track corrective action plans, and support problem resolution.
• Handle licensor/customer QA requirements, packing instructions, and compliance onboarding.
• Collaborate on vendor allocation, sourcing strategy and purchase order processing in SAP.
• Coordinate with sales on quantity, delivery, and direct shipment orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance within the textile or garment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
