On-site Service Project Manager – Air Conditioners

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the launch and expansion of a large‑scale on‑site air‑conditioner service project across Pakistan. The role will oversee service network development, after‑sales operations and a field team to ensure high‑quality installation, maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute expansion plans for on‑site AC service operations across target areas.
• Coordinate with communities, commercial areas and property management to establish service points.
• Manage service centre setup, branding implementation and operational readiness.
• Monitor operational costs and keep activities within approved budgets.
• Lead execution of AC installation, maintenance, cleaning and relocation services.
• Build and optimise SOPs for field service operations and customer handling.
• Ensure service KPIs, response times and customer‑satisfaction standards are met.
• Develop service pricing strategies and improve operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate field and technical teams.
• Set performance KPIs, conduct regular operational reviews and field audits.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and critical service cases.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with sales, warehouse, finance and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in after‑sales operations, HVAC or home‑appliance service industry.
• Strong project management and team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of AC service operations and Pakistan market dynamics (preferred).
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
• PMP certification or other operational‑management certifications considered a plus.
