QuickBooks Supervisor

About the role

The QuickBooks Supervisor will lead a team of QuickBooks accountants, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting and compliance with U.S. accounting standards while delivering virtual accounting services to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of QuickBooks accountants, reviewing and recording General Ledger transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports directly from QuickBooks.
• Handle client communications via phone, text and email, responding to ad‑hoc requests.
• Utilise multiple cloud‑based tax and accounting software alongside QuickBooks.
• Troubleshoot mapping and General Ledger transaction issues.
• Collaborate with team members located in the US and Pakistan.

Required profile

• ACCA or CA qualification (or partially qualified).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including financial reporting.
• Ability to work during US business hours (night‑time shift).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• QuickBooks Online (preferred) and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Cloud‑based tax and accounting software.
