About the role
The QuickBooks Supervisor will lead a team of QuickBooks accountants, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting and compliance with U.S. accounting standards while delivering virtual accounting services to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of QuickBooks accountants, reviewing and recording General Ledger transactions and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports directly from QuickBooks.
- Handle client communications via phone, text and email, responding to ad‑hoc requests.
- Utilise multiple cloud‑based tax and accounting software alongside QuickBooks.
- Troubleshoot mapping and General Ledger transaction issues.
- Collaborate with team members located in the US and Pakistan.
Required profile
- ACCA or CA qualification (or partially qualified).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including financial reporting.
- Ability to work during US business hours (night‑time shift).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with high accuracy and ability to multitask.
Required skills
- QuickBooks Online (preferred) and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Cloud‑based tax and accounting software.
