Regional Sales Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan's leading real estate portal and part of the Emerging Markets Property Group, is looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Regional Sales Manager. The role leads and manages sales operations within an assigned region, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, expanding market presence and achieving regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are met
• Lead, train and mentor Sales Managers and Sales Executives, set individual KPIs and monitor team performance
• Hold regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews and performance evaluations, and build a high-performance sales culture
• Build relationships with key investors, brokers and corporate clients, oversee major deal negotiations and closures
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention, prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
• Analyse sales data to optimise strategy and improve conversion rates
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
