About the role
We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing digital marketing agency. This remote, full‑time position involves making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling high‑quality appointments for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Introduce our brand and services clearly and compellingly.
- Qualify leads based on business needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Australian and/or US clients.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quick rapport.
- Proven record of meeting KPIs.
- High energy, self‑motivation, and results‑driven mindset.
- Fluent and confident English communication (mandatory).
