Remote Appointment Setter – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing digital marketing agency. This remote, full‑time position involves making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling high‑quality appointments for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Introduce our brand and services clearly and compellingly.
• Qualify leads based on business needs.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Australian and/or US clients.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quick rapport.
• Proven record of meeting KPIs.
• High energy, self‑motivation, and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent and confident English communication (mandatory).
