Remote Legal Assistant (LLB Required) – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Assistant with an LLB to support Canadian lawyers during night‑shift hours. The position is fully remote, based in Pakistan, and requires strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse legal documents and case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in drafting court documents, legal correspondence, pleadings, and contracts under supervision.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security for sensitive client information.
• Communicate with clients and legal professionals via email and Zoom videoconferencing.
• Coordinate document flow, manage schedules, and ensure procedural compliance.
• Use AnyDesk for remote troubleshooting and manage case‑management/CRM software.

Required profile

• Smart, reliable, and tech‑savvy with a good command of computers.
• Ability to work disciplined night‑shift hours remotely.
• Prior LLB background; 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort learning new software quickly.
