Qualified Solicitor – Personal Injury (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a UK‑qualified Solicitor or a UK law graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support a SRA‑regulated UK law firm. Based in Islamabad, you will review and develop Personal Injury processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing Personal Injury processes, templates and case‑management procedures to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Map and document the end‑to‑end PI workflow, covering client onboarding, pre‑action investigation, litigation, settlement and closure.
• Draft internal policies, SOPs, checklists and guidance notes aligned with SRA standards and civil procedure rules.
• Assess and optimise the firm’s use of LEAP or similar case‑management systems, including diary control and deadline monitoring.
• Develop procedures for obtaining medical evidence, client communication and risk‑management reporting.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified Solicitor (preferably based in Pakistan) or holder of a recognised UK law degree with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of professional legal experience, preferably within a UK law firm or in Personal Injury/civil litigation.

Required skills

• Experience with LEAP or another UK legal case‑management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Workspace.
