We are seeking a Remote Sales Recruitment Specialist to lead the sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates for sales‑focused positions. This full‑time, remote role supports high‑volume recruitment operations and works closely with hiring teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage sales‑oriented candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Conduct phone interviews and qualification screenings to assess fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and maintain accurate communication logs.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future sales openings.
• Support recruitment campaigns and initiatives for sales departments.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Strong aptitude for evaluating sales personalities and communication styles.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred.
