Remote Interviewing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Interviewing Specialist to strengthen our hiring operations. In this fully remote position, you will conduct candidate screenings, evaluate applicants against hiring criteria, and coordinate interview logistics with our recruitment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate applicants based on defined hiring requirements and document screening notes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide timely updates.
• Deliver hiring feedback and meet recruitment activity and scheduling targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and evaluation abilities.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume candidate interactions.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in recruitment or interviewing is preferred.
• Reliable remote work environment.
