Sales Executive - Digital Marketing Outbound Calls

About the role

THE SIGNUPS, a digital marketing company offering landing page design, Google Business Profile optimization, website development and SEO campaigns, is hiring a Sales Executive for its Johar Town office in Lahore. The role involves calling business owners in the United States and Canada, introducing digital marketing services and transferring qualified leads to the Sales Closers. It is a full-time, on-site position on a night shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM), Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners in the United States and Canada.
• Introduce THE SIGNUPS and explain digital marketing services professionally.
• Engage prospects, identify their needs and qualify them based on business requirements.
• Create interest in services such as SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and website and landing page development and optimization.
• Transfer qualified leads to the Sales Closers and maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
• Follow established sales scripts and processes, handle initial objections, and meet daily activity expectations and monthly targets.
• Work with Sales Closers and team leaders to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required profile

• Good English communication with a confident, professional speaking style.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation or sales is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with international prospects and handle objections.
• Target-oriented mindset and willingness to work night shifts and full-time from the office.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Outbound calling and lead qualification.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage.
