Sales Executive – Truck Dispatch

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Truck Dispatch team in Lahore. You will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and supporting drivers to maximize fleet productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact owner‑operators and trucking companies to promote our dispatch services.
• Present service offerings, negotiate agreements, and convert leads into active clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to onboard new clients smoothly.
• Source and book profitable freight loads, negotiate rates with brokers and shippers, and plan efficient routes.
• Communicate regularly with drivers, track shipments, and resolve issues such as delays or detention.
• Manage load documentation, rate confirmations, and broker communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the U.S. truck dispatching industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
