Sales Executive – Truck Dispatch Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our truck dispatching team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base across the United States by connecting with trucking companies, owner‑operators, and fleet owners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to trucking companies, owner‑operators, and fleet owners.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
• Present our truck dispatching services and recommend solutions that meet clients' operational needs.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow‑ups, and sales activities in a CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with trucking company owners.
• Stay informed on U.S. trucking industry trends, freight markets, and competitors.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of sales or cold‑calling experience in U.S. truck dispatch.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
• Confident, professional phone presence and target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours/night shift.
• Self‑motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Basic computer proficiency and use of email/communication tools.
