Sales Representative - Custom Printed Boxes

About the role

Xperts Packaging, which provides custom printed boxes using four-color digital and offset printing, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative in Lahore. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business, reaching out to potential clients and managing a pipeline of leads and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with customers, understand their packaging needs and present suitable box and printing solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Track sales activity against company targets and give feedback on market trends and customer demands
• Represent the brand professionally and take part in sales meetings

Required profile

• Demonstrated consultative selling, lead generation and deal-closing skills in a B2B environment
• Ability to explain technical aspects of printing, packaging materials and customization options
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated, target-driven approach
• Previous experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing or a related sales field is preferred
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Comfortable working on-site in Lahore, including with walk-in clients and site visits
