Sales Strategy & Origination Lead (Remote – Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Origination Lead to own and scale our seller acquisition function. Working directly with the CEO, you will design and execute outbound systems that generate qualified deal flow and drive company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain prospect databases of business owners.
• Design, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and create repeatable acquisition processes.
• Track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and run A/B tests to improve results.
• Collaborate with the CEO on growth initiatives and help shape the seller acquisition strategy.
• Potentially lead a team as the function expands.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, email marketing, or growth operations.
• Proven experience building and managing cold email campaigns.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and thrive with limited direction.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (U.S. Eastern Time business hours, Monday‑Friday).
• Monthly salary of PKR 80,000–85,000.
