About the role
We are seeking a Sales Trainer to own onboarding and ongoing development of our warm‑outreach sales team. The team engages prospects who have already shown interest, so you will train reps to turn intent into revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and continuously improve onboarding modules tailored to warm‑outreach sales.
- Create targeted training content based on live and recorded call reviews to close performance gaps.
- Deliver data‑driven coaching sessions and floor training focused on warm‑lead conversion, objection handling and intent‑to‑revenue techniques.
- Maintain accurate training records, session logs and individual progress reports.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst to spot performance trends and develop structured training responses.
- Update the team on product changes, process updates and new campaign flows.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in sales training or coaching, preferably in SaaS appointment‑setting.
- Background in BPO, SaaS or inside‑sales environments.
- Strong understanding of warm‑lead conversion psychology and inbound‑intent sales.
- Ability to design practical, engaging and measurable learning modules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and confidence presenting to groups.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms – HubSpot or Zoho preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365 Suite.
